UTB invests in talent for sustainable growth

UTB is growing and is therefore actively focusing on recruitment. For us, attracting talent is about more than simply filling vacancies. It is a deliberate investment in expertise, continuity, and the sustainable development of our organization.

That is why UTB actively takes part in initiatives that connect us with talent, educational institutions, professionals, and partners. In doing so, we strengthen our presence in the local job market and continue to build strong relationships with training and networking organizations.

These initiatives give us the opportunity to engage with motivated professionals who are looking for a new challenge, while also inspiring young technical talent to consider a future at UTB. In this way, we are steadily building a strong team that supports our production today and helps make our growth tomorrow possible.

On March 5, we attended the VDAB Job Fair for the Lier region, where we were pleased to welcome a large number of interested visitors. UTB was also present at JOBexpo at TINC+ in Lier. There, we not only introduced ourselves as an employer for recently graduated technical talent, but also gave young people the opportunity to practice their job application skills in a real-life setting.
